Recruitment Manager - Risk & Compliance - Sydney, Australia

Our Risk and Compliance division sources qualified professionals for permanent and contract roles from Analyst level through to CRO/CCO. We are the preferred supplier to many of the leading financial and commerce organisations and with a large network of local and international contacts, we are well positioned to continue growing our Risk & Compliance division.

As a member of the Leadership Team you will be responsible for;

  • Developing and executing a strategic plan for the successful Risk & Compliance division
  • Leading from the front in relation to client and candidate delivery
  • Winning and delivering on senior recruitment mandates
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
  • Managing tender and pitch processes
  • Contributing ideas and initiatives to drive the wider business forward
  • Broadly driving a collaborative team-focused culture

Ideally, you will be an experienced Recruiter or Team Leader with a proven track record in personal billings and team management. You enjoy business development as well as relationship building and appreciate the importance of leading by example as a consistent high performer. Your ability to create an engaging vision and drive the dedicated Risk & Compliance team across all of our Financial Services and Commerce clients.
