In this role you will manage a small/medium-sized, high-achieving and diverse cross-functional team. Your main focus will be to lead teams effectively through projects related to the application of technology application and new product development. With a goal to oversee the full lifecycle of a project, you will engage with process improvement techniques consistantly while also providing input on both technical and team performances. This role is at a senior engineering level, with potential progression going forward. A brilliant opportunity to bring your career to a managerial level.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have a level 8 engineering degree along with a minimum of 4 years' experiene managing new product activities in cross-functional teams. You ou will be people-focused and have proven leadership skills in project management and change management.
