Part Time Receptionist
Morgan McKinley is currently recruiting a Part Time Reception role within the Crawley area from May onwards for around 3-6 months.
This role is to work one set day per week with additional adhoc pre arranged holiday cover. Dates can be given upon enquiry for this role.
- Greeting customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Booking and liaising with couriers and handling deliveries
- Ensuring that meeting rooms are ready to use and assist in the preparation of rooms for meetings
- Arrange and/or order office lunches, drinks and refreshments for both internal and external meetings
- Managing the outgoing post
- First point of contact for facilities issues
- Management and monitoring of pool car bookings and office parking
- Prioritising workload effectively within a varied and busy role
