JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Review employment terms and requirement to ensure legal and compliance are complied with
  • Maintain employee records (both paperwork & electronic) according to internal policy and legal compliance
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Liaise with employment agencies in recruitment & interview arrangement
  • Prepare payroll changes reports to payroll service provider and checking payroll & MPF / ORSO reports
  • Answering employee questions about company HR policies or employees' insurance
  • Ad hoc assignment / prepare routine HR reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • General knowledge of employment laws and best practices / compensation / labour relations / working visa application
  • 5 years relevant working experience in financial institution / fast pace industry / MNC
  • Good verbal & written communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
  • Good interpersonal skills and good at building relationship with internal and external customers
  • Able to take multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Knowledge of human Resources Information Systems (HRIS),
  • Proficient in MS Office as Excel, Words & Outlook
  • Self-motivated and willing to put initiatives, result-orientated and be flexible to adapt to the changing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
