Our client is one of the world's most reputable business within the technology industry. They are well known for their innovative solutions and products and state of the art facilities. Looking to expand and further grow market share in APAC, they are now inviting a HR Program Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:-

Reporting to the APAC HR Director, you will be responsible to drive strategic HR Programs planning and execution within the business. Key programs include:

  • Standardization of HR processes and systems across various countries
  • Identifying gaps and designing frameworks to enhance effectiveness of HR offerings
  • Understanding nuances of various geographies and bringing HR to common ground
  • Identifying defects and creating processes to improve HR efficiency
  • Designing common HR practices towards improved collaboration between countries and maintaining focus on people

You will serve as the subject matter expert in driving all initiatives and provide the teams with best practices and advisory.

The Successful Applicant:-

You should have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience as a HR practitioner also having at least experience in HR program management/consulting. You will need to be highly proficient in the full spectrum of program management - from planning to execution. You should have experience in process improvement projects and be a strong communicator.
