French speaking Customer Service Specialist

We are currently hiring French speaking customer service specialists for a large American multinational looking to set up their new EMEA operations in Ireland. Our client is a well-known Software company that worked with academy award winning movies. This is an exciting role and company where you'll work with some of the most talented minds in the software industry.

Within this role you will be required:

  • To enter orders into the appropriate system to insure compliance with all Pricing and Discount policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to French speaking customers to ensure you have all information regarding the customer's order
  • You'll be required to support French customers via e-mail, Fax, chat and phone
  • Provide feedback to your French colleagues to ensure customer receives help when needed
  • Build customer relationships with French customers.

The successful applicant with need Fluent English and French and be a motivated self-starter who is able to complete task in a timely manner.

  • The basic depends on experience - You'll need to have 1-3 years' experience However we can offer up-to €30,000
