Our prestigious client based here in Limerick is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with native level German, Hebrew, Czech, French, Portuguese, OR Dutch.

This is rapidly expanding business with a wonderful opportunity.

They require native level speakers who are very good at dealing with people and a positive and friendly manner.

The requirements:

  • You will be required to be fluent in English along with your Native Language.
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Provide a high level of Customer Service both on the phone and email.
  • The ability to deal with high volumes of calls.
  • Affectively deal with customer queries and complaints.
  • Have an upbeat and outgoing personality.
  • Thrive in a busy environment.
