Community Manager (Real Estate)
A leading commercial real estate services company, serving real estate investors and occupiers throughout the APAC, EMEA, and US regions.
We are seeking a Community Manager, who will take the lead in customer service. You will help with commercial services including: tenancy, operations, landscaping, and housekeeping. You manage the hiring, training, and personnel development processes. You will take the lead on establishing operation strategy.
You will conduct customer surveys to improve the customer program. You will identify technology platforms, and optimize interactions with tenants through digital engagement.
You have 7+ years of experience in property and leasing management.
You are an excellent negotiator- you are independent, driven, motivated- and you enjoy leading a team.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, Mandarin.
