Working closely to roll out an internal and external employee engagement plan. Supporting the Dublin site strategy and assist with communications to embed the company culture. Engaging with various senior stakeholders and teams across the office to assist with any messaging they need to communicate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the manager to help develop an employee engagement strategy for the office
  • Assisting in the promotion of the office across external platforms
  • Researching markets and industries to compare and create innovative and creative content
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with people of all levels to understand and communicate complex messages
  • Supporting the Site Head in rolling our various employee related initiatives
  • Actively utilise the company's digital communications channels this should include but is not limited to the intranet, on-site digital signage, media studios, webcasts, webchats and blogs and other social medial;
  • Assisting with the management of a programme of employee communications covering all staff located in Dublin,
  • Working on a strong pipeline of content for the company intranet
  • Organising and hosting employee communication events in Dublin
  • Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly

Experience and skills

  • Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
  • Film and editing skills or an interest in developing in this area
  • Creative and innovative thinker and planner
  • Must have graphic design experience
  • Content management experience i.e. SharePoint
  • Comfortable and confident communicating directly with different functions;
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent organisational skills with an acute attention to detail
