Responsibilities:

  • Review the operation of regional customer service team (i.e. order management and delivery, inventory monitoring) and ensure smooth interaction with internal divisions
  • Lead the team to provide the best quality of service for the customers through close coaching
  • Review and enhance the internal work processes (i.e. order management and delivery) to provide efficient support to customers
  • Proactively identify possible delinquencies on daily operations and find effective remedy to prohibit from occurrence
  • Evaluate and streamline the operation or workflow by implementation of advanced software tools
  • Attentive to resources allocation including manpower resources
  • Provide administrative support in supply chain engagements and other value added programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 10 years customer service experience in chemical, in which 4 years at supervisory level
  • Strong communication skills in terms of English proficiency and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in computer literacy
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong organization skills (meeting deadlines & priority setting) and analytical skills
  • Positive mindset to lead the team
  • Good time management and can work under pressure
