Junior HR Business Partner (Insurance)
- Provide advice on organizational structure, strategies, etc to Business Leaders, and see that it gets delivered to the different functions within the company.
- Assist talent management processes by selecting high quality employees and identifying employees that deserve to get promoted.
- Communicate with employees about complex issues and assist the leaders on solving them in order to improve the workplace.
- Cooperate in the development of policies and programs to develop the HR department and the company itself.
- Create reports such as turnover reports, employee relations, etc for HR Business Partners and managers.
