- Design a diverse and inclusive workplace with HR leads where employees feel comfortable to engage with the company.
- Supervise managers in areas such as recruiting, talent management, organizational changes, etc.
- Develop and manage training programs to ensure that employees are improving their skills necessary for their current and future roles.
- Communicate with employees about sensitive matters, such as employee relations, performance, resignation, etc.
- Oversee appraisal processes and succession planning
- 7+ years experience as HR manager
